Shipping is free on every UK order — express, tracked and fully insured. Orders placed before 5pm (GMT) on working days are processed the same day, and delivery typically takes 8–13 working days from order to door.

Not a problem at all. If your piece doesn't fit quite the way you'd hoped, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange. We simply ask that items come back unworn, unwashed and with their original tags still attached — so your next piece feels just as fresh as the first.

Email us at info@monveralondon.com with your order number and we'll send you clear instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Once your return is received and approved, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 10 working days.

Absolutely. As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way to your door.
