How long does delivery take?

Shipping is free on every UK order — express, tracked and fully insured. Orders placed before 5pm (GMT) on working days are processed the same day, and delivery typically takes 8–13 working days from order to door.

What if the size isn't right?

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Our fits are true to size — and the size guide on every product page keeps guesswork out of it.

How do I start a return?

Email info@monveralondon.com with your order number and we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Once your return is received and approved, the refund is processed to your original payment method within 10 working days.

Where are your clothes made?

Our pieces are produced by carefully selected manufacturing partners. Every item passes quality control before dispatch.

Can I track my order?

Yes — use the Track Your Order page in the menu with the tracking number from your confirmation email.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. All payments are processed over a secure encrypted connection.
