This policy applies to Monvera London and is intended to give you a clear understanding of our shipping procedures. Please read it carefully before placing your order.

  • Shipping costs: free express shipping across the United Kingdom
  • Processing time: 1–3 working days for quality control
  • Estimated delivery: 7–10 working days after processing

Shipping Details

We currently ship within the United Kingdom. Every order is sent by express courier, ensuring a fast, safe and fully insured delivery experience. From the moment you place your order until it reaches your door, delivery typically takes 8 to 13 working days.

Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT) on working days (Monday to Friday) are processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends or on public holidays are processed the next working day.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase. Once an order has entered processing, cancellation is no longer possible. After delivery, you may request a return in accordance with our Return Policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Our sincere apologies if you receive a damaged or incorrect item. Should this happen, please take clear photographs of the issue and contact us as soon as possible at info@monveralondon.com, including your order number, a description of the problem and photos of the damage or incorrect item. We will find an appropriate solution for you without delay.

Delayed Orders

During periods of high demand (such as the holiday season) delivery may be delayed. If your order has not arrived within three additional working days beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address

If an order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided at checkout, we may arrange reshipment once the parcel has returned to our warehouse and the correct address has been confirmed, or offer store credit as a gesture of goodwill, depending on the condition of the returned items. If returned items are not in their original condition, a reduction in value may apply.
